- 30 studios for 2/3 persons (10 are on the 1st floor with view over the garden while the other 20 studios are on 2 and 3rd floor with view over the mountain and the sea).
- 9 apartments for 4 persons (6 on the 2nd floor with view over the main road of Kalamaki and 3 on the ground floor facing the garden).

The studios consist of kitchenette, 2/3 beds, bathroom and private veranda.
