to be precise in the region of Skinari, not far from the lighthouse.Our charming and peaceful complex is set in an undisturbed rural location with magnificent views over the Ionian Sea, lighthouse and nearby island of Kefalonia.
The scenic surrounding area is ideal for those who appreciate nature, the nearby secluded coves providing a great location for swimming and sunbathing and lush green countryside perfect for walks or bicycle rides.
In our region you can see the lighthouse, the famous Blue Caves and within 10 minutes the magnificent Shipwreck.

The Lithies residence offers both apartments and studios that can accommodate
from 2 to 4 persons.All our apartments for 4 persons are constituted of:
- bedroom with double bed
- fully equipped kitchen with kettle, coffee maker and
refrigerator
- living room with sofa that can be converted
into two single beds - bathroom with shower
- large balcony with sea view.
Our studios can accommodate 2-3 persons and are constituted of:
- double or twin beds with the possibility to add an extra bed
- fully equipped kitchen with kettle, coffee maker and refrigerator
- bathroom with shower
- large balcony with sea view.
