Villas Cavo Marathia “VCM” is owned and run by the Zantiotis family since 1998.
'Cavo' means 'cape' and appropriately describes the location. This unique location set in
breath-taking, tranquil countryside meant that construction was ambitious and costly, but the effort and the costs involved were rewarded by an almost unique panoramic view.
Our aim is to unite individual, unspoilt countryside with charming Mediterranean comfort while respecting ecological points of view.

VCM is situated in the “National Marine Park of Zakynthos” and is far 17 km from the airport and ferryboat harbour.
In our complex you can find all the comfort like restaurant with Mediterranean cuisine, fitness room, table tennis and children' games, swimming pool, laundry, and satellite TV.
We are pleased to help our guests to have an unforgettable holidays so we organise car rental to very reasonable prices, boat rental to discover the idyllic caves round the Cape Marathias or try a dive (diving centre is only five minutes away by car).

The accommodation standard has been set at a high level and are divided in Studios and Suites for 2-3 persons and Suites for 2-5 persons.
In all the accommodation there is an air conditioning system and the possibility for additional bed for a child (extra charge).
