Blue Caves Villas are 
located
in the north part of Zakynthos, the most beautiful and tranquil area of the Island.
This area offers the wildest landscape in the all island as has still
few buildings that give the opportunity to spend relaxing holidays far
from the mass tourism.
This region is surrounded by a spectacular sea that is famous for its
clean waters that give hospitality to monk seals and dolphins and for
the BLUE CAVES, a group of particular geological
conformations where sea-water offers unique light effects.
In this part of the island you’ll find some of the most beautiful
beaches like Makris Gialos and Xigia and the small village of Aghios Nicholaos
where ferry-boats leave for Kefalonia island.

Description:
Blue Caves Villas it’s a peaceful villa complex (4 villas) on a private plot of 40.000 sqm above the famous Blue Caves.In harmony with its natural environment, constructed with stone and wood and tastefully furnished. You will be immediately marvelled for the panorama offered by the sea and for the stunning view overlooking Kefalonia Island.
The villas have direct
access to the sea - a stone pathway that bring you down to the legendary Priest’s Cave which, back in olden times, was used for meditation by a monk. The sea here is crystal clear, beautiful for swimming and dive into the blue Ionian sea. The owner is a water-ski instructor and is able to provide water-ski lessons on request. Also motorboats can be hired by guests to visit nearby private beaches or small port of Agios Nikolaos (2,5 km) with a beach, local tavernas, cafes and shops. The car is recommended.

Villa Deep Blue (250 sqm) traditionally designed stone villa with 4 bedrooms, private pool and hydro-massage area and direct access to the sea and impressive Priest’s Cave.
Can house 8/9 persons.
The main house it has 3 bedrooms and independent guesthouse.
Top Floor: 1 double bedroom with en-suite bathroom.
Upper Floor: Living/dining area with fireplace. It is giving a lot of comfort and home atmosphere, sat LCD TV, DVD-recorder, music sound system, large covered veranda with an amazing sea view. Large well equipped kitchen.
Lower Level: 2 bedrooms (35sqm and 40sqm), 1 double and 1 twin both with en-suite bathrooms and kitchenettes.
These bedrooms have independent entrances
and their own terraces. The guesthouse: 50 sqm air-conditioning studio with his own privacy and beautiful view to the pool and Kefalonia Island.
It has large bedroom with big double bed, fully equipped kitchen, and large bathroom.
CRYSTAL and PURPLE
They are two identical villas with their own pools with hydro massage spots and outdoor areas. Each villa is 110 sqm with 3 bedrooms and can give hospitality to 6/7 persons each.
Ground floor: 2 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms (1 double and 1 with 2/3 single beds). Sitting/dining room and fully equipped kitchen.
First floor: 1 double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and large covered veranda with panoramic sea view.
PALACE
Very comfortable traditionally designed Zakynthian
stone house with 5 bedrooms, private pool, hydro massage area and direct access to the sea as well as the impressive Priest's Cave.
The villa can house 10/12 persons.
Ground Floor: 1 double bedroom, 2 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar, the spacious living room where with a large open plan sitting/ dining room. Outside there is covered veranda with a long dining table looking over the infinity swimming pool and beyond.
First Floor: 4 bedrooms: 2 double bedrooms, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and a bank bed and 3 bathrooms. There is a large covered veranda with an amazing panoramic sea view.
Water sport activities upon request:
Boat Excursions, Sailing Tours, Fishing Trips, Water-sports day: waterskiing lessons, wakeboard, Underwater scooter (Dolphin Pro), Motorboats for hire, Scuba Diving.
Cleaning service & linen change:
Midweek clean and linen change for those staying for 7 nights. For longer stays, cleaning is offered twice a week. Additional maid service, cook and babysitter on request.
