The Blue Caves Villas are located in the north part of Zakynthos island, just before the light-house of Cape Skinari.
This area offers the wildest landscape in the all island as has still few buildings that give the opportunity to spend relaxing holidays far from the mass tourism.
This region is surrounded by a spectacular sea that is famous for its clean waters that give hospitality to monk seals and dolphins and for the BLUE CAVES, a group of particular geological conformations where sea-water offers unique light effects.
In this part of the island you’ll find some of the most beautiful beaches like Makris Gialos and Xigia and the small village of Aghios Nicholaos where ferry-boats leave for Kefalonia island.

Following the road for Cape Skinari there is a private road that will drive you to the parking of the villas where you will be immediately marvelled for the panorama offered by the sea and for the stunning view overlooking Kefalonia island.
The Blue Caves Villas are built to offer a very luxury stay and for this reason we provided them with a barbecue area and with a patio for unforgettable evening moments.
During your stay you will also try the amazing experience to follow few steps that bring you down to our private cave where there is the possibility to relax or just to dive into the blue Ionian sea!
Once per week we’re also pleased to call a woman from the nearest village that will cook for our customers the traditional black bread in the wood burning oven... so we hope that your holidays in our villas will become a warm memory during the winter.

This villa is 200 sqm, it is split on 2 levels and it gives hospitality from 6 up to 9 persons.
The top level of the house gives a lot of comfort and it consists of:
- sitting room with sofa-bed
comfortable for one person, fire place, sat TV, great music sound system
- big fully-equipped kitchen
- large balcony with fantastic sea view
- double bedroom with bathroom.
The down level of the house contains 2 separate bedrooms which are connecting with double doors, and their own 2 bathrooms and small kitchens.
One bedroom has large double bed and a coach and the other has 2
half-double beds.

The GUESTHOUSE is a 50 sqm studio that gives hospitality from 2 up to 3 persons and consists of: air-conditioned large bedroom, fully equipped kitchen and large bathroom.

CRYSTAL and PURPLE
Both villas are 110 sqm. split on 2 levels and they give hospitality to 6/7 persons each.
On the ground floor there are sitting-room, fully equipped kitchen, double bedroom, bedroom with 2 single beds and 2 bathrooms.
On the first floor there are a double bedroom with a private bathroom and a covered terrace with stunning view over the sea.

PALACE
Very comfortable new (2008) Zakynthian, traditionally designed stone villa for 10/12 persons.
On the ground floor there are fully equipped kitchen with open large sitting and dining room, one master bedroom and two bathrooms.
The first floor offers four bedrooms (2 double bedrooms and 2 with 2/3 single beds), three bathrooms and a large covered veranda where you may enjoy an amazing sea view.

The prices are per villa per night with all the services above, daily room-service and change of bed linen upon request.
