Christy's Beach Villas are luxurious maisonettes located in front of the beach of Tsilivì, a charming beach with crystal clear waters and golden sand.
Tsilivì is far less than 5 km from Zakynthos town and is one of the most tourist place of the island full of tavern, shop, pub and entertainment.
Each maisonette is built in the traditional architecture of the island and with respect to the natural environment, and at the same time offers all modern comforts for a comfortable and luxurious stay.

Our complex of villas is a small and friendly resort which focuses on personal service and due to its small size is able to ensure privacy. Private green gardens offer you quietness and promote relaxation.

It is 85 m² and gives hospitality to 2/5 persons, ideal for families and couples offers:
- two luxurious bedrooms
- two luxurious bathrooms with marble details
- fully equipped kitchen

Villa II
It is 85 m² for 2/5 persons and consist of:
- two bedrooms with zakynthian style
- two big luxury bathrooms
- kitchen and a spacious veranda with views onto the sea

Villa III
It is for 2/5 persons and on the ground floor there are:
- living room
- kitchen
- comfortable bedroom
- bathroom with marble details
On the first floor there is the master bedroom
- private veranda that offers complete privacy, and a wonderful views of Akrotiri on hill

Villa IV
It is 65 m² and gives hospitality to 2/4 persons.
On the first floor there is the master bedroom with a wrought iron bed and breathtaking views onto the sea.
The ground floor offers a kitchen/sitting room as well as a patio with a carved stone bench.

Apartment I
It is for 2/3 persons and consist of:
- one bedroom
- one living room with sofa-bed for 1 person
- kitchen and bathroom
- one big veranda with sea view.

Apartment II
It is for 2/5 persons and consist of:
- one bedroom
- one living room with two sofa-bed
- kitchen with another sofa-bed for 1 person
- one bathroom and a veranda.

Our houses are open all the year round.
