Grantzaos Villas are surrounded by olive groves and they are located in the area of Agios Sostis.
This area is between Laganas and Keri and it is quite and useful to move around the island.
Agios Sostis is a small island in front of Laganas’ harbour that is connected to the mainland with a wooden bridge. Moreover it is the name of a nice sandy beach that is only 300 m far from our villas.
Near the beach there are a lot of cafes and taverns from where you can admire crystal clear waters and Marathonissi island.
Grantzaos Villas are set in a beautiful garden with BBQ area and children’s playground.

Grantzaos Villas are two separate stone buildings with two independent apartments each one.
Apartments on the ground floor are suitable for 4/5 persons and they consist of:
- living area with two single beds
- fully equipped kitchen
- bedroom with a double bed and a sofa for
- a fifth person
- bathroom with bathtub and shower
- large balcony
 
Apartments on the first floor are suitable for 5/6 persons. They are on two levels, on first floor you can find:
- living area with double bed and wardrobe
- fully equipped kitchen
- bathroom with bathtub and shower
- spacious terrace
Upstairs there is another bedroom with one double bed and one single bed, another bathroom with shower and a small balcony with a panoramic sea view.
