Kaminia
Villas are located in the olive grove area of Lithakia in the
south part of Zakynthos island.
The local beach, Kaminia (1km away), is a secluded yet easily accessible
beach with calm waters and panoramic views of Laganas Bay and the “turtle
island” of Marathonissi.
Our villas are placed 1,5 km from Lithakia, a local village with its historical
church and its friendly and family-owned traditional taverna, bakery and
mini-market.
With its extensive unspoilt surrounds, our private
villas are the ideal place for guests looking for a relaxing and comfortable
stay.

Each
year in November we produce extra virgin olive oil using our olives and
a sample bottle of our oil is included in the welcome pack for guests.A private boat is also available (at extra cost) to make an excursions from the local beach to the nearby Marathonisi island, Lagana Bay and Keri Caves.
Description:
The accommodation consists of 2 separate villas available for rental use. The owner stays in another villa and acts as host to meet, greet and assist guests during their holiday.
There is also a swimming pool in common use for all the guests and a landscaped garden all around with stone-paved walkways, shaded seating/rest areas nearby olive trees, open areas nearby the pool and traditional stoned-built barbecue.
There is also a selection of homegrown fruits and vegetable from the garden.
Each
villa consist of 100 sq. m on two floors and can accommodate up to 6 persons.
On the ground floor there are:
- open-plan living area with kitchen, fireplace -
and one sofa-bed for 2 persons
- bathroom with shower
- spacious veranda
On the first floor there are:
- 2 bedrooms, each with twin-beds
- bathroom
- balcony
Our villas offer all the comfort like air-conditioning, fridge-freezer,
dish-washer, washing machine and TV with DVD player.
