Lithies Villas are located inside an organic agricultural farm, within the borders of the National Marine Park of Zakynthos in Vassilikos.
The park also includes Gerakas and Daphne beaches which are extremely important nesting areas for the sea turtle, Caretta caretta.
A supermarket is very close too (200m), so everything you need is nearby.
We are ideally placed for hiking and pleasant walks in the stunning surroundings and we have maps available outlining suggested walking routes.

We have also biological agriculture from our olives and our vineyard. Within the farm we run the Lithies Taverna where all dishes are prepared in the traditional way with pure ingredients produced, in their vast majority, in the family farm.
Lithies houses have a whole range of special activities for our guests.
You can watch how we make honey and if you are staying with us at the correct season you can also see how we produce our special olive oil and wine.

ARETI - GALINI VILLAS
These two stone houses are 52 sq.m each one.
They are developed on two levels and they can accommodate 2-5 persons.
On the ground floor there are:
- living room with a sofa bed
- kitchen with all necessary utensils, coffee
- machine and fridge
- bathroom with a shower
- veranda
On the first floor there are:
- bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 single bed
- large balcony with lovely views over the sea

HARA VILLA
Hara villa is 56 sq.m, can accommodate 4-6 persons and consist of:
- two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds
- bathroom with a shower and WC
- living room with sofa bed and kitchen complete with all cooking utensils.
- spacious balcony and veranda
This villa has air-conditioning and washing machine.

IRINI - ZOE VILLAS
These two houses are 66 sq.m each one and they can accommodate 4-6 persons.
They consist of:
- two bedrooms, one with 1 double bed and 1 single bed and the other with 3 single beds
- both bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, with a shower and WC
- kitchen complete with all cooking utensils, refrigerator and a big table for 6 persons
- spacious balcony with views of the surrounding forest and the sea
Both houses have air-conditioning and washing machine.
