The small residence "Lofos" is placed just above an hill with a beautiful view above the sea, the mountain and the countryside all around.
Our hill is the perfect place to relax as it's far from chaotic roads, there is a gentle breeze in the evening and it is only 600 meters far from the sea and the beach.
On Ampoula beach we have also a restaurant and a bar with sunbeds and umbrellas that are free for our guests.
The residence consists of 4 villas and 3 apartments with in the middle the parking, the garden, the playground for children and an open area where to enjoy the breakfast.
We offer also a big BBQ area available for all our customers.
The nearest bus station, mini-market and restaurants are 500 meters away and just 2 km far from our accommodation there is Tsilivi that is a tourist resort with everything you can need to enjoy your stay (restaurants, pubs, shops, rentals, mini golf, bowling, water park...).

The small residence "Lofos" consists of 3 independent villas with sea view, 2 big apartments, 1 small villa on 2 floors and 1 small apartment.
All our accommodation are provided with air-condition, towels and sheets.

Villas
Each independent villa suite 2/4 persons and consist of:
  • living room with sofa bed for 2 persons
  • one double bedroom
  • fully equipped kitchen
  • large bathroom
  • big balcony
  • large veranda with sunbeds and sea view.

Apartments
Each apartment can accommodate 4/6 persons and consist of:
  • living room with sofa bed for 2 persons
  • one double and one twin bedroom
  • fully equipped kitchen
  • large bathroom
  • big balcony and large veranda with sunbeds.

Small Villa
The small villa can accommodate 2/3 persons and consists of:
  • living room with sofa bed for 1 person
  • fully equipped kitchen
  • bathroom
  • one double bedroom on the first floor
  • large veranda with sea view.

Small Apartment
The small apartment can accommodate 2/3 persons and consists of:
  • living room with fully equipped kitchen
  • bathroom
  • one double bedroom where is possible to add an extra single bed
  • balcony.

The prices are per accommodation per night and they include all the services.
There is the possibility to have a traditional breakfast with local biological products at an extra cost of 2,50 euro per person.
