Logothetis realized their tourist project restoring the ruins of the old
farmhouses which belongs to their family for more than three centuries.
The farm reside in a fantastic position, in the bounds of the National
Marine Park of Zakynthos, created for the protection of the loggerhead
sea turtle, is near to the best sandy beaches of the island and at the
same time is surrounded by olive groves and pine tree forests.
Logothetis farm is the ideal base for several
different activities for those who like walking in dirt tracks and footpaths
with splendid views and nature, cycling with our free provided mountain
bikes or horse riding with our horses.
On the ruins of the old farm we created 7 independent houses with respect
to their architectural tradition, care to detail, each one with its own
unique story…

Near
to many sandy beachesOur houses follow the local traditional architecture of the zakynthian countryside outdoors and indoors and offer also comfort like air condition (A/C), washing machine, outdoor shower, CD player, iron, dishwasher, hair-drier and cleaning and linen changing twice per week.

Our houses can accommodate from three the smallest till seven people the
largest:VASILIKI: (4 persons)
It is 60 m² and has two A/C bedrooms (1 double and 1 twin bedded), fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with bath and small sitting area. From the veranda you can admire the sea.
VRISOULA:
(5 persons)
In its 70 m² it has two A/C bedrooms (1 double and 1 twin bedded),
spacious sitting room with fireplace and extra bed for a fifth person,
fully equipped kitchen and shower WC.

KALIVI:
(7 persons)
In its 85 m² it has 3 A/C bedrooms (1 double with a suite bathroom
and 2 twin bedded), shower W.C., large living room with fire place and
extra bed for a seventh person, dining room, fully equipped kitchen.
BARAKA:
(5 persons)
In its 65 m² it has 2 A/C bedrooms (1 double with a suite shower
W.C. and 1 twin bedded), fully equipped kitchen, sitting area with stove,
bed for extra person and shower W.C.
RIZES BROWN
HOUSE: (4 persons)
In its 60 m² it has one double bedroom, bathroom, fully equipped
kitchen, sitting room with fire place and dining table and an attic with
two single beds, small sitting area and closet.
RIZES YELLOW
HOUSE: (5 persons)
In its 60 m² it has one bedroom with a double and a single bed, fully
equipped kitchen, sitting room with fire place, dining table, bathroom
and an attic with two single beds, small sitting area and closet.
RIZES RED
HOUSE: (3 persons)
In its 60 m² it has one double bedroom, shower W.C., fully equipped
kitchen and living-dining room with fire place and extra bed for a third
person.
