The Olive Tree Villas is a small complex situated 300 metres
from the local beach in the area of Kipseli.
The location of the villas is peaceful and rural.
Our villas are the perfect place for a relaxing holiday.
Less than one kilometre away there is the sandy and unspoilt beach of
Psarou.
Set in our garden there is a big swimming pool and a small children's
pool for the exclusive use of our guests.
Each villa enjoys its own barbecue area.
The furnishing of the villas is luxury and there are many comforts like
the washing machine, the large refrigerator, the oven, the microwaves,
the Jacuzzi, the satellite television and the air condition.

The two detached houses are on two floors and they can accommodate up to 4 persons.
On the ground floor there are:

- fully equipped kitchen

- bathroom with shower and hair-dryer
- big veranda
- bedroom with double bed
- bathroom with Jacuzzi and hair-dryer
- terrace with view over garden and swimming pool
The two semidetached houses are on two floors and they can accommodate up to 6 persons. On the ground floor there are:
- living room with one sofa bed for 2 persons
- fully equipped kitchen
- bathroom with shower and hair-dryer
- balcony
- one double bedroom and one twin-bedded room
- bathroom with Jacuzzi and hair-dryer
- balcony with view over garden and swimming pool
