Zakynthos Villas are three traditional stone villas located in Vassilikos area, the southern region of Zakynthos island.
To be more precise they are placed in Xirokastelo village, 3 km far away tourist town of Argasi and 1 km far away Kaminia beach and Porto Zoro.
They are the right place for family holidays.
All our villas are set in a green marvellous land, surrounded by olive trees and with an amazing view over the Ionian sea.
Near our villas you'll find Greek taverns, Zakynthos town and several sandy beaches, but at the same time they're built in a very quiet and relaxing place.

Both Villa Evi and Villa Athina consist of three floors and they can give hospitality to 6/8 persons each. This two stone villas have the same structure.
On the ground floor there are:

- a terrace in front of the swimming pool.
On the first floor there are:
- dining room
- another fully equipped kitchen
- bathroom
- double bedroom
- big terrace.
On the second floor you can find:
- sitting room with a sofa-bed
- bedroom with two single beds
- bathroom
- two balconies.

Villa Yiannis
Villa Yiannis can accommodate 4 persons and has also a swimming pool and a BBQ area.
This villa consist of two floors and on the ground floor there are:
- sitting room
- fully equipped kitchen
- bathroom
- one bedroom with two single beds
- a big patio with a table in front of swimming pool.
On the first floor you can find a double bedroom, a bathroom with Jacuzzi and a big terrace.
