Malanos Tavern, that boasts beyond thirty years of tradition, is situated
at short distance from the port and from Zakynthos city.
Opened since 1974, today represents the place in which all the zakynthian
meet themselves at lunch time to make a tasty break.
In fact is the lunch to make our place particular... our family wake up
in the morning and with daily fresh products cook differents Greek and
zakynthian specialities.
Our menu offers rabbit filled of local cheese and
rice, calf in wine sauce, mousaka, eggplants stuffed and many other
courses.
At lunch time you will not find a list to consult, but we will lead
you directly in our kitchen where you will have the opportunity to
choose what you prefer to eat.
Obviously tavern closes when local people and the tourists, who come
to make visit to us, have finished all food we have cooked.
This happens in order to guarantee always to all our customers a genuine
and daily fresh food.

the evening we propose coursed based exclusively on the meat; you will
be able therefore to taste
ours chicken cooked on the grill, plates made up of rabbit, lamb and the
most famous ones souvlaki!
