a traditional atmosphere with few tables and being opened 21 hours
per day it is the ideal for a supper or for a fast snack. Dimitri, the owner, seems to be in possession of a traditional recipe that allows him to prepare the best Pitta Gyros of Zakynthos island. If you don’t know pitta gyros, it is made with bread cooked to the live coal, full of small peace of meat from the spit, fried potatoes, vegetables and a special sauce. You can choose Pitta Gyros small, big or in the plate. Mamas’, besides this traditional Pitta Gyros, offers also chicken to the spit, sausage on the grill, souvlaki and other specialities to taste. |
